Fresh pasta production as a customer attraction at the POS

Initial situation: Redesign of an existing large store area with live cooking. Customers should not only be able to buy the freshly prepared pasta on site, but also eat it straight away.

Objective: Increase store attractiveness and frequency.

Measures:

– Development of concept & business case for a pasta bar in a supermarket

– Realization planning through exchange with chefs, suppliers, architects and shopfitters
