Development and implementation of a new drugstore department in a hypermarket (Warsaw, Poland)
Initial situation: Existing POS concept not competitive enough
Goal: Redesign the department and increase customer appeal
Approach:
– Close cooperation with local CM team and category captains in Poland
– Joint analysis of the market and customers using local expertise
– Key figure-based product range design and market research-supported product placements
– POS layout design (furniture/visualizations) in collaboration with Polish and French marketing agency
Result: Based on an intensive international collaboration, a completely new department was installed and customer frequency increased
